My thighs are not amused by the three minute intervals. But I feel just a bit better than sitting at my desk all day.
Normal morning big old glass of water with weaving
7:00 breakfast english muffin poached egg with cheddar cheese
9:00 cup of joy
dinner was mashed potatoes, corn wild rice and salad. I made a meatloaf for my man. He was very happy about it
