Did well over the weekend. Had an event and still kept to only 2 cans of soda- rest was water.
Made a couple new recipes- one was... interesting. Bland but decent. The other was HOT HOT HOT. Chipolte chili pasta. WOW! I am not sure if I will ever make is at such again. To be sure it was tasty but o so hot.
So far today is running the usual way

7 breakfast and water- My friend Holly has been working with her breakfast and suggested it for me. Brown rice (already I like it), shredded cheese, tomato and cucumber wrapped in red leaf lettuce. Now could I eat this all the time? Maybe but at least I could swap it out for the bagel and cream cheese some mornings. I will probably have to fight Timony for the brow rice- she is mighty fond of it too.
9 cup of joy tea
11 can of mt dew
1 can of mt dew
1:30 32 oz water and three pep-o-mint lifesavers
5:30 sloppy joe made with Quorn and potato chips a glass of milk
7:00 glass of water
