5:00 couple sips from my can of mt dew. I think I might be coming down with a cold so it tasted weird.
7;00 ramen and 12 oz of milk- other note is that I need to really plan breakfast and not fall back on ramen so much. I think part of its appeal is that it is quick and I don't have to think about it- just make it and eat it and get on with the myriad of stuff I planned for in the day. You see I know I need to eat or I will get grumpy.
9:00 can of mt dew- drank the whole thing
12:00 left over spinach feta noodles and can of sprite end of the bag of craisans.
Tonight is a non-cooking night. I have the finishing of a project- need to sew about 50,000 button holes on a bodice for tomorrow- perhaps the number is closer to 50 but I think it counts as a lot.
One of my goals for this blog is to look at my very real eating habits and try to change some of them. 1. I drink far too much soda.
2. my need to eat gets over run by my activities and so I tend to grab something fast that might not be so very good for me
3. I need to have a variety of food on hand at work for lunches- not just string cheese and peanuts.
