10/06/14

Well here I go again. Trying to make this a habit as it kept me on track. lol I have lost my way in more than a few ways lately.

Up this morning with water
breakfast was oatmeal and a glass of pineapple juice
am snack string cheese and mt dew
lunch is a spinach salad with blue cheese, craisins and poppyseed dressing and water
pm snack apple
dinner tonight is grilled cheese with tomato soup and water to drink
taking my dog for a walk this afternoon. Both of us need to get out into the world and let the wind untangle our minds.


ack did good until I was slipped a box with some halloween ghost peeps in it... at least i only ate 1
