10/21/14

been not sleeping so good lately. Seems I have a cold and when I lay down I can't stop coughing. So sleep has been abruptly interrupted by the need to breath.
Grateful I don't get sick often.

I did get up and had 4 potato pancakes with applesauce and sour cream for breakfast. and water
am snack mt dew
lunch is a shake
pm snack apple
dinner tonight is burritoes

10/20/14

Think I am getting a second cold for this year! unheard of!
did not get up so early today but did have a big glass of water and a cup of hot tea
breakfast was left over risotto and broccoli and a glass of milk
am snack mt dew
lunch is a shake
no pm snack need to get back into that pattern
dinner tonight is potato pancakes and apple sauce
have the night off from the fabric store so will work on a project in my room Either weaving or sewing. Had dreams of a dress that fortunately I have all the fabric for and just need to create.

10/08/14

up not too early but got some weaving done and had water and mt dew
breakfast was oatmeal and a glass of pineapple juice
having water at work this morning no am snack
lunch is a cheese sandwich from Schlotzkies
afternoon snack is mt dew and apple
work tonight for 5 hours
dinner is a spinach salad with craisins and blue cheese and poppy seed dressing
will bring a string cheese for my break.

10/07/14

Up not so early but did get some work done on my loom at home
water and mt dew assisted me
no am snack as lunch today was garlic tofu and rice and water with hot and sour soup for my afternoon snack
ate another peep ghost and a piece of string cheese and off to work for 4.5 hours
had water
got home and was hungry so had cottage cheese and some Doritos
stuff is happening here at work. We will be moved out of our business by the end of the month

10/06/14

Well here I go again. Trying to make this a habit as it kept me on track. lol I have lost my way in more than a few ways lately.

Up this morning with water
breakfast was oatmeal and a glass of pineapple juice
am snack string cheese and mt dew
lunch is a spinach salad with blue cheese, craisins and poppyseed dressing and water
pm snack apple
dinner tonight is grilled cheese with tomato soup and water to drink
taking my dog for a walk this afternoon. Both of us need to get out into the world and let the wind untangle our minds.


ack did good until I was slipped a box with some halloween ghost peeps in it... at least i only ate 1
