So I have fallen off the wagon of being accountable for my meals and activity. Mostly due to getting out of my routine and trying to sort it all out again. I work between 15-20 hours at the fabric store. Which should count as some exercise as I am on my feet for the whole 4-5 hour shifts. Carting bolts of fabric. I am getting strange new muscles in my thumbs.
this week I am home alone and I thought it would be a good week to do a quick jump start and use up the rest of my shake mix and make some meals that I am fond of that he is not.
Was up at 6 this morning got some progress on my loom. I am warping up a blanket in the handspun that I have been doing for three years.
Had water and soda and a shake for breakfast
am snack, sunflower seeds and water
lunch mt dew and shake
pm snack grapes and water
dinner curry with cauliflower and chick peas over basmati rice and more water
