05/08/14

I fought last night for the first time in nearly a month. I am surprised and dismayed at the amount of endurance i have lost. 
 After a long talk with a friend we can to a conclusion and idea.It seems that 100 days of action X is too ambitious for me, so instead we are doing 10 days of 25 crunches. That is all. And if after 10 days we can do 10 more, well we will see when we get to day ten.

Starting somewhere.
I did in fact get my 25 crunches done this morning so there is day 1

had tofu, brown rice and peanut sauce lettuce wrap for breakfast and water
mt dew
water
lunch was a shake
more water
dinner tonight is leftover pasta and cottage cheese
