did have 4 orange lifesaver

breakfast was 1 egg + 1 egg white scrambled and a piece of toast.
Round of multi vitamins and a cup of orange mango juice
at work had more water and three lifesavers
snacks are an apple and almonds with a salad with 1TBSP of dressing and more water
taking dog for walk after work
dinner tonight is zucchini ankara and more water

it must be a sign. SO what the heck am I going to do about it?
kick myself back into routine. It would be good to get back on track and start seeing some more results.

write in food log daily
get in 30 minutes at least of exercise a day
portion control
since I am down to 1 mt dew a week maybe, I do feel that is a pretty big accomplishment.
seems easy enough!
so chop chop get too it!

woke to the sound of rain outside my window and my love holding me tight. I stayed in bed for a while.
Breakfast was ramen and milk and a cup of tea
got some sewing done but realized I sewed something in backwards and will have to rip it out later, sigh
having apples and almonds for snack with water
lunch is a shake and more water
dinner tonight is potato burritoes with lots of salsa and then lots of water!

blech! not my best day
Had a mt dew this morning and then a second one at work.
Breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanutbutter
had tofu with garlic sauce and white rice for lunch
feel nasty, bloated and grumpy.

not fighting tonight
will not eat dinner but start a cleanse tonight
self inflected blech!

had an isagenix shake for breakfast and caffeine tab
had water at work with three orange life savers

Did a lot of things including fighting for 4 consecutive days in armor and hot weather.
Went for a 4.5 mile hike up around the foothills.
Maintained my calories and water intake.
Think I had 2 sodas in that whole time.
Was feeling very good.
