up early with water and weaving
again working hard at the loom.
breakfast was a croissant and water
had mt dew
lunch was a spinach salad with chick peas and tofu and a bottle of superfruit punch.
had apple
dinner tonight is a shake
will be fighting tonight so that will be a great cardio workout.
will also have crepes out for folks to eat.

Up early with a mt dew and weaving
Lots and lots of weaving
I do think I am getting a bit of a work out if I break out in a sweat while at the loom.
Breakfast was a swiss cheese sandwich and water
had mt dew at work
lunch was a shake, an apple and almonds
dinner was falafel and pita with veggies. i did end up having two vanilla cokes however. they were very very tasty

good weekend
had some great activity and ate sensibly
had saturday off and just lounged around the house. that was blissful!

slept in. This time he climbed into bed so how could I get up?
Had a shake and water for breakfast
did do my ab work. I have a couple new ones that are adding some new twists
had 1/2 and apple for lunch with almonds and water
had another shake and mt dew.
really want another mt dew but I will wait for dinner
having dinner at old chicago- you suggested that!

Here it is scale day. I am dreading it.

208 up one pound from last month, that was surprising
but with that knowledge comes no change in measurements. so that is good.

slept in
did get some weaving done
breakfast was tea and a bagel with cream cheese
had an apple and some almonds for snacks
had mt dew
will have a liquid lunch of my shake mix stuff. i actually kind of like it and more water
dinner tonight is asparagus, baked raviolis and salad with water
had one of my valentines day chocloates

02/09-13/12

well I have been having a bit more caffeine lately. Sigh also not getting much exercise in.
I have been sleeping in and just still trying to get my head to be back on right from the trip.
I am going to work on getting back on here everyday and doing all the good for me things that I do.

eat well. You know I actually have been been eating pretty decently lately. Just too much soda in my life. I found myself wanting to reach for a mt. dew and realized it would have been the third one I had that day. Not very good.
March is going to be a crazy month but I am trying to focus on making each day in February count.
However all the things coming up are making me a be overwhelmed. I am not even there yet.
Need to work on that all.

Definitely stayed up too late last night. But it was a very good time.

breakfast was ramen and milk

lunch was a cheese sandwich from Schlotskies and a bag of bbq chips
had three peppermints and 4 mini chocolate bars and more water
dinner tonight is zucchini gratin and more water

Up early with lots of water
had mt dew
wove most of the morning, well prepped my loom so i could weave.

breakfast was ramen and milk
had mt dew at work
lunch was apple, almonds and water
dinner tonight will be something light as I have fighter practice at 6:00. I get to use a spear tonight!
more water and then a wild passion filled night. Pretty sure I get to count that as burning calories.

02/06/12

Up early
water and rode my bike for 24 minutes and 8.5 miles. I also did my abs. I think I am back to 1/100 though.
Last week was amazing. I did get lots of exercise in. I took the stairs as much as possible and since we were on deck 4 and the meals were on deck 11, that is a lot of stairs
I did eat to much and drank far to many fruity rum beverages. I think I had more alcohol last week then I have every had in the whole of my life.
had a sandwich for breakfast

had an apple, almonds and some popcorn with water for lunch
dinner was stirred egg with tomato over white rice and more water
