on a fast day
my tummy does not like these days
Up early had water and cleanse at 8
went in to work, ended up mopping like crazy as a pipe broke
had more water and a couple of my hamster snacks
had second cleanse and a cup of tea! noon
afternoon had 2 more hamster snacks and water
3rd cleanse at 4
2 more hamster snacks and water
2nd cup of tea
4th cleanse at 8
