Ack! where has November gone?
already the 15th and I have missed so many days in my food log
I am a bit nervous as I am about to step on the scale.

Well surprise! Weight 205 I was expecting far worse! up two pounds from last month but nothing radical. I haven't really been doing much of anything eating bad or exercising. I have been weaving as much as possible. I have holiday prezzies to get out and all! I do plan on getting back on my bike or out for a walk here as well as running another 9 day cleanse. I found strangely that I really like the shake drink they have as meal replacements. And when I haven't had it I kind of miss it. How weird is that?
