Up early
breakfast was 2 piece of toast and tea
lunch was a salad and some tasty rice cakes and water
having mt dew
dinner tonight is pasta with sun dried tomato cream sauce
now for the big stuff:

Weight:229 same as last month
bust is 45 1/2 (1 inch diff)
waist is 43 (1 1/2 inch diff)
hips are 49 (1 INCH DIFF)
thigh 26 (1/2 diff)
bicep 14 (1/2 diff)
calf 17 1/2 (1/2 inch diff)
Not sure what I can give as a reason for this but I am not going to say I don't like it!
I am thinking maybe the brown rice and tofu for breakfast? I will keep going with it and see what happens for next month. Weather might finally be changing enough for me to ride my bike in. That will add a bonus. If it doesn't I am just going to get my bum up and start walking at night after dinner. I know I will feel better for doing it but still have some weirdness for walking when people are out and about. for whatever reason they seem to feel compelled to yell things at me from passing cars. that so very much sucks
