Been having a hard time keeping to one soda a day. And in fact am on my second one right now. Harder to kick than cutting down to two.

However there has been some good new on the other fronts. I have been eating good and keeping things in moderation and woot the scales are talking to me!

Weight: 229 that is 5 pounds difference from March's 234
bust 46 -sigh that is 1 and 1/2 inch difference from 47 1/2
waist 44 1/2 inch difference from 44 1/2
hips: 50 1 inch difference from 51
thigh:26 1/2 from 27
bicep: 14 1/2 from 15
calf:18 still 18
