Actually was well behaved.
Have found the one soda a day very easy to achieve. sneaking in water on myself when I am not looking. What I have been doing is drinking a 12 oz glass of warm water when I wake, at lunch and then before bed.
had a few snack foods this weekend but i worked hard to keep the intake down to a few so I was enjoying what I was eating, not scarfing what ever was in front of me.
