had a good weekend. discovered how to make cinnamon popcorn. Damn. It is very very tasty.
I am down to one soda a day. It has been hard and tempting to drink another but I have managed. Woot to me! Mostly good on food. People have sent many yummy munchables but I have been mostly restraint. Did I mention the cinnamon popcorn?
Even worse a temptation is ramen- it calls me hard but now it has been two weeks without it. Woot.
I have been eating more fruit and raw veggies.
Tonight I am making swiss cheese fondue with cauliflower, broccoli and steamed potatoes and bread.
