Lost my focus and goals for this last few months and I can feel how it is affecting me. So what should i do about things? Just do them. Weather is getting far less of snow and cold so looking to start riding my bike again to work soon. Would also like to get those walks in with my dog. this blog was helpful for me and I think as I am home more now for a while it will be again. Just have to start making it a habit again.

up not so early. Still fighting the effects of long travel and altitude change
healthy breakfast of rice and tofu with peanut sauce and water
had 2 mt dews today

Away at WAR! I really do love going to war. This one was not as fun as others have been but still it was good to get out in the wind, the rain and the sun.
Ate very well each day and excellent portion control as we only had enough for us each to have a serving. Which is a good thing. Not much alcohol as we ran out early and were okay with that.
Went to bed at a good time well before midnight each night and fought as much as possible every day.
worked out hard in my armor each day and was mighty on the field. lol well I died mightily every day.
